The settlement has nothing to do with the lawsuits. I believe that trhe noteholders want their money from the sale of the equipement and proceeds from arbitration that they think KRY should file.

I personally don't know what we will end up with but I do know that Fung isn't the type of person to throw out numbers to appease a crowd. If he says in excess of 2 billion then I believe him.
