Well I read the article. There is a trust issue with VHeadline I will have to admit.

Here are a few things that I payed some attention to:

Overall the report had a number of nice things to say about KRY including the sewage tratment plant and hospital. (AND) Among about 50 filthy and dispicable acts of behavior, CVG-Minarven President Luis Herrera was blamed for causing the mining contract mess, enabling the enviromental mess, and accused of resorting to illegal actions to benefit himself by breaking the transnational mining contracts.

IMHO,,,,CVG-Minarven President Luis Herrera is a representitive of the Venezulan Government and if any of this is true, I'm sure these actions would be looked upon unfavorably, hopefully even by the Venezuelan Supreme Court.

IMHO,,,,I did not like the final two paragraphs as I feel we do have recourse in International court and bringing up the 49/51% thing again really sucks as does the length of time the court preceeding may take, if it goes there.

IMHO,,,,Is the report is all for BS reasons from VHLines? Well it is a crafty one then. As you read it lulls you into thinking the reporter is on your side, only to leave you disjointed at the end. I do not think there is anyone left to shake out at this point but there could be some reason to try to get a few more cheaper shares. Myself personally, I'm going to hang on till the end, good or bad.
