Well, as someone said, finally we have some positive press concerning a long awaited event. And to everyones surprise, Our good man FUNG was present to do the honors.

To me, this is the beginning of the run home. I can see no way that this would be happening, with our CO present, if the talks going on were negative. In the VERY LEAST, this would be a final nail in VZ's coffin if it ever came to Arbitration. Which at this point I can't see happening. If Chavez was simpley not going to settle this (permit , joint venture offer, or orchestrated buyout ) and intended to simpley ignore us and let us file for Arbitration, it seems like that would have happened already. I don't believe for a minute that he thought he could just wait us out. He may be pig headed naive, but he and his advisors would have to know that after all the years, and considering what's at stake, KRY and Robert Fung would never roll over, put legs to the sky, and submit. 'OK, go for my throat now'. GIVE ME A BREAK.......

Yes, there's a fair chance that he wants another entity to mine LC. Yes, he may be stalling to try and let that happen. But expect us to take a lowball offer? One way or the other? Whoever thinks that is....well....I won't go there.

I believe we will get at least a partial answer next week. I.E. We have finished treatment plant, FUNG there to officiate, VZ officials have taken over plant and have expessed there excitement re the upcoming completion of the Medical Clinic. Possibley even announcing the reciept of a letter from MIBAM, acknowledging the completion, and stating that KRY has almost completed their obligatory Social Program projects.

So, come on everyone, show your support of our Company. We've seen what became of a company (Rusoro) that put out numerous 'positive' press releases, and arranged many upbeat interviews, and always put out a positive public face......Nothing.....
