Bullfrog.. I don't have a clue. Just waiting and watching like everyone else. It is good news that the sewage treatment plant is open and that Fung cut the ribbon. Personally I don't think that necessarily signifies the permit is forthcoming. If I was Fung...and I was being stonewalled by these Jackasses and I knew that there was a likilihood that it would end up in International Arbitration....I would make sure to get the ribbon cutting photo-op (Exhibit "A" your honor) to memorialize the completion of that particular contractual obligation.
