E.G. Agreed...but it certainly looks like the odds favor a long wait during arbitration. On the other hand if we get the permit...given the stacked deck that makes it virtually impossible to turn a profit...I think we should drag our feet as much as possible waiting for the day when Hugo's reign comes to an end. It could get bloody.
