Since 2004, the Venezuelan government had sought to raise prices for aluminum shipped to Japan to a level higher than international prices.

@$$h0les! Shades of "the new mining law". These morons really don't get it. People form businesses (and take all the associated risks and hard work) to make money. International industry will not volunteer to lose money to support the socialist state. Unbelievable. No....RETARDED!
