but i disagree that the locals dont want handouts....imo, at this point in time thats exactly what they want...

but.....i think the locals are beginning to see that they cant eat promises...

every other day the locals are getting in worse and worse shape...

no water, chicken, toilet paper, property....

what they need is someone to say "look, we built the water rec plant for $30mil dollars and after your govt managed the money it consists of a swimming pool in rengal gomez's backyard...we then tried to turn it over to your society and no one wanted it.....in the end, your socialist utopia even managed to make 20mil oz's of gold worthless....wake up! you're doing something wrong....."
