The Sewage Treatment Plant is processing waste material (in its commissioning phase) and I believe furnishings and equipment are being transferred from the smaller clinic into the larger medical center. It is still unclear which agency will take over responsibility and operation for the two projects. I believe in the current global economic crisis, it's common to find local, regional and national agencies strapped and not looking to assume additional fiscal responsibility and burden.
Opening ceremonies for the two projects are being discussed.
