I disagree. Time has nothing to do with my opinion that I trust Kry management to do what is best for all shareholders instead of trusting you that you know best. I have never state what KRY should do.

There isn't much time left for KRY and Venezuela to come to an "amicable settlement" before KRY finds itself financially compromised.

You must have inside information that I'm not privy to. Kry over the years has been able to raise capitol when they have needed. You must be saying has no access to capitol if they need to raise more money. What knowledge do you have that KRY will not be able to raise funds if they need to?

If at the end of four months there is still no settlement. will you, at that time, admit that KRY should have started the clock running, or will you still insist that KRY keep on "talking"?

Once again I don't think you are understanding where we differ Vlada. I have never insisted that Kry continue talking just like I have never insisted KRY file for arbitration right now so setting another artifical deadline of 4 months means nothing to me. I don't even know why you picked 4 months unless you believe it has something to do with KRY finances.

YOU have insisted that KRY should file for arbitration NOW and I have said all along that I believe the decision to file should be made by the people who know and understand what is really going on which is KRY management. I don't presume to more than you do about what is really happening in VZ but I do assume that KRY management knows more than either YOU and I. I also have to assume that KRY management have more knowledge about the companies finances and costs than either YOU or I.

You and I have had this discussion over and over. You have asked people on this board to explain to you why Kry hasn't filed yet. I and other have tried to offer some possible reasons but you have ignored them and continue to ask for KRY to file RIGHT NOW. Not once have you said our reasons weren't plausible. We aren't saying were right about the reasons. You asked for reasons and we gave you some.

Even if Kry decides to file for arbitration on Monday that doesn't make you right in thinking you know better than KRY management. That is all anyone is saying. You have the right to your opinion and you have made it perfectly clear what your position is. Why must you continue to post the same stuff over and over looking for someone to agree that you should be in charge of KRY so you can file RIGHT NOW.

No matter what happens with KRY I will never believe that the best course of action was to listen to some poster on a BB and base my decisions on what they say no matter how hard you have tried to convince us that YOU KNOW WHAT IS BEST FOR KRY!
