I believe KRY would have been scewed by now if it was easy, or even possible, even for Chavez.

I think, correct me if I'm wrong, that KRY is the ONLY company with a very bvalid CONTRACT, versus a concesion. That alone is the reason why our situation is different. VZ has had plenty of time over the last 9 months to get rid of us if it was possible within any VZ laws. It's not.

So, something else is going on. As long as there is talking going on, then progress is being made, however small. It has been, as now is even more important , to be very respectful, and keep our 'western indignation' under control. There is SOOO much at stake here. This is such a huge pie, and it is impossible that other players are not watching this very closely, and quite possibley involved in takes. Just look at how much China is acquiring re gold. They have the cash. Trillions in American dollars. I doubt Chavez would screw them up.

So, everyone should just take ANOTHER big breath, let go of any expectations of a time frame, and just believe and accept that there are talks going on behind the scenes. Yes, Chavez is a wild card, and can make decisions right there in front of the camers, and his audience. At this point, he could just as well make a decision that benefits us, as get himself into a Canadian and International arbitration. Kry having a very valid Contract in very good standing, and having exceeded there Social Obligations, is so far ahead of the 'game', re arbitration, that there WILL BE~SOME~OTHER RESOLUTION.

THAT IS MY HUMBLE OPINION.....so there!!
