They are obviously playing games. My guess is that they figured that maybe they could make KRY go bankrupt. It is the only way to explain the historical record (imo). After all, is it possible that anyone is that stupid or incompetent? Kill KRY and make the international arbitration go away and let the "Russians" come in. Assuming that is the case, I would think that Fung would do what was necessary to finance us thru arbitration with these crooks. He's just lucky he didn't buy any of his own shares. I feel soiled somehow....in a "looks like I may have lost all my money and destroyed my retirement" sort of way..
