Brown, thanks for the update this is actually interesting "The Medcial facility has been fully furnished and is now ready for the hand over".

Not too far back RM was unsure who would be responsible for "furnishing" the Med facility...ie assuming he is talking about the supplies and the equipment needed by the doctors and nurses inside. If what RM says it is now "fully furnished" then there has been some communication between Mibam and KRY on this very matter just recently.
