....we could be at a total stalemate. KRY may have already issued the ultimatum: "you have until the day in July that the Bondholders legal case starts up again to issue the permit or give us our minimum buyout price....then it is arbitration". We don't know what the hell is going on down there. All speculation by everyone on this board with logical inferences regarding nuanced wording, etc. I agree with BP...if we end up in arbitration I'm out of here....unless of course we go down so low that it's too late.

I will say... what is one more month wait (thru July) in the scheme of things? Does anyone really think that will make the difference between going bankrupt or not? I am kind of curious how Fung is going to finance our multiyear wait for the arbitration decision if it comes to that. Correct me if I'm wrong but my guess is that if he is able to make those financial arrangements it might adversely affect existing shareholders.
