Too many factors still pending for KRY to issue a NR. VZ can't or wont make a move until these factors are finalized. GRZ seems to be out of the way, now KRY needs to finish the projects asap, and finally the big one, "BONDHOLDERS" .

Is the bottom line held up by the final outcome of the Bondholders? Seems to me that makes perfect sense for VZ to wait for this outcome before proceeding.

2 things that we can count on 1. GRZ done and probably no longer holding us up, they will probably get an exceptable compensation/offer to get out of the way thus freeing up LB. then KRY would be next assuming the factors mentioned are finalized. 2. Social Projects are soon to be completed, end of June perhaps.

IMO the Bondholders are the most important factor remaining which will make or break this deal.
