This is getting much much too wierd. I think they are cutting off fingers and stirring up trouble to provoke GRZ into something that will justify canceling the concession. If VZ had the legal grounds to kick out GRZ they would just do it. This just seems provacative.

Meanwhile, they just ignore KRY. Good sign? Bad Sign? I don't know, but I don't expect we will hear anything from either side until after the share holder meeting.
