Filing for immediate arbitration would not improve the SP and it might damage any negotiations going on. The judge granted KRY a reprieve until July with regard to the noteholders. None of us know the reasons behind it.

If everything was as bleak as you think then the judge would have served no one by delaying the matter.

I do not expect a PR nor any response from VZ until next month. I speculate that is because there are discussions going on.

Am I disappointed? Yes. Am I surprised? No. This is a speculative stock and anything can happen. If you are expecting an immediate rise on arbitration and you do not believe there will be a permit you should sell now.
