As of today, KRY is still within full compliance of the mining contract.

From the GRZ PR detailing the violation of their legal rights:

In September 2008 the Company received a certificate of compliance from MIBAM regarding the Brisas Project.

DL....it doesn't look like these people have much respect for their own laws. Hopefully we're in a better position with a MOC than a concession. At least international arbitration shouldn't be a stacked kangaroo court..
