One possible beneficiary of the decision on the El Pauji concession is Russian-owned Canadian miner Rusoro <RML.V>, which is interested in developing the KM88 area and last year launched a failed takeover bid for Gold Reserve (GRZ

Question...."IF" Rusoro were granted rights to Las Brisas by Vz (and\or Las Cristinas)....would GRZ or KRY be able to sue Rusoro in the Canadian courts (separate and distinct from international arbitration action) given the self-serving press releases that have been issued by Rusoro during the past year, the failed stink bid [the implication being that the 'fix was in' between Vz and Rusoro] and the fact that Rusoro is also a Canadian company?
