Vont-man...unless Hugo is cutting side deals with the Russians...no one will mine the gold. I assume even Hugo is smart enough to know that this is not the way to "jump start" the mining sector. Either he is cutting side deals with the Russians or this is a negotiating tactic. Let's hope it is a negotiating tactic.
