Let's assume that Agopov is issuing outrageous, self-serving statements like ths to beat down the share price in order to get a better deal in a potential buy out....is it legal for a person in his position to make comments like this assuming there are negotiations going on behind the scenes?

I've noticed a trend over the years I've held this stock. Only BAD news comes out of Venezuela.
