I don't know about you guys but if I were Barrick or Goldcorp etc., knowing what is at stake, it would just a few million to take control of the company and use ICSID to get the compensation directed to them OR finally mine this puppy. Sell the equipment, give the bondholders their money and use a skeleton crew and stick it VZ. They can wait forever for Chavez to get booted out. The MOC is legal tender in my opinion. As long as Crystallex is in "business" VZ is shafted. As we have seen, the VZ gov't is prone to lose these decisions in international courts. Mining this in 2009 or 2019 does not means a tinker cuss to these multinationals and they have the legal moxie to see it through.
