In the Crystallex case it could be information known to the company that the Venezuelan government has classified as information that cannot be publicly released at this time. Thus, the information could be good or bad, there is simply no way for us to know other than to examine the reaction of the noteholders.

I had a similar thought. If the information must remain confindential by order of the VZ government or risk not receiving the permit I would hope that the rules are followed. Could allowing the information public cause Kry to breach their contract? Could the financing for the mine depend on secrecy?

There are a lot of reasons for the information to remain sealed and not many of them are bad.
