in any case the bondholders have to get paid before an icsid award would ever be handed down anyway...payments due in (dec 2011?)

the bondholders (unlike us, common shareholders) DO have a contract and can force a number of things we cant.....

to be honest, i'd really really like to see some kind of negotiation finalized with them or fungs "secret ven dealings" all wrapped up before july
