Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
I see another got the boot. We have rode this thing from $7.00 down to .30 and I'm sure it was all "positive facts" that kept us glued to it for the ride huh?
According to Eddy here is his last post that apparently triggered the swing of the axe:
"Can KRY proceed to arbitration and win the case? I still own KRY shares and bring this criticism. If somebody defends this stock well, I will keep my position.
Given that the new mining law on the way requires concessions/MOAs to be converted to a joint venture with the government, what makes anybody think that the VZ government will issue the permit to KRY under the current MOA? If the permit is not coming in the next few weeks (which is very likely in my opinion), can KRY take VZ straight to the arbitration? I am not sure. Even if they do, the VZ government might decide to allow the arbitration to run its full course. This will take at least 2.5 years. In the meantime, the $100M bond will be due, and this will lead to a bankruptcy. Knowing this, will the VZ government offer a favorable settlement prior to the judgment?"
Now, can someone please tell me what in this post or any others from him broke any rules of agoracom's, other than general tone and direction of the board whatever that is which are in fact personal observations and judgement with nothing to do with running a balanced and informative board. Look at the general direction of this stock guys. This stock has earned the criticism and opinions that surround it, every one of them! Let them stand. It was said by a significant member here on this board some time ago that to own this stock you better have nerves and guts of cast iron or steel. Sounds pretty wussy to me for some to get upset by posts that question the sentiment of a select few and they turn and get rid of the input rather than let the debate and questions lay on the table with all the so called positives that to me have done nothing but get us all in a pile of trouble. Suck it up whoever it concerns, the "negative" side is legitimate.
