Finally, minister Sanz advanced that he presented/displayed a project to president Hugo Chavez directed to the transformation of the Bottom of Guayana, consequently leaves from the resources that this one owns could be destined to the financing of productive activities of these ex- miners.

Anybody have an opinion on this?
