I agree with you Don, this is Kent's guess. My guess is: I believe we will have some answers before the end of the month, maybe a leak and timed with gold hitting 1K, but I have been wrong before.

I think we should have a nostalgic bagel contest and reminisce about the good ol' days when permit issuance expectations ran high.
