What you call common sense is your own speculation. You nor anyone else here can tell what the outcome of the arbitration will be. If I was the entity that was on the negative end of a judgement I certainly would not accept any and all the demands of the plaintiff. The arbitration panel or court makes the final decision. Are you crazy?
