Common sense. If you get a Judgement, you are not bound to accept cash, you can use it to obtain whatever you want from Venezuela, or let them pay cash, ie., give KRY the Permit on KRY's terms, or pay KRY the cash.

I would suggest that Venezuela gives KRY the Permit on KRY'S terms rather than deplete their foreign reserves. Time will tell, but I bet KRY will get the Permit, and if our Management is forceful, it will make the waiting worthwhile.
