I understand that the license was cleared on Feb. 30, 2011 but becouse the CBV was closed after Hugo died we don't need it. Now that Vz. is so stable with the new gov. we will not have any more changes and the mine will open on Jan. 14th 2012 as planned . OF (That is as good an answer as any.)
