Yes I am a shareholder. I'm not trying to kick KRY. That's why I'm asking if it's a situation where GRZ and RML aren't telling the truth, just to posture for a better deal.

At this point, it's hard to guess which side is accurate.

If it's bad for KRY, I'd like to know the truth right now. If it's good ... then i'm happy and would contemplate buying a little more.
