3) Arbitration will most likely take a minimum of 2 1/2 years and probably a max of 5 years(It is possible could go longer but not likely.

And we have enough money to go thru January assuming the bondholders don't prevail? That doesn't sound good. EZ...you wanna shed some positive light on our current predicament?
