Hey Vet---thanks for the link--I took the time to listen to the entire conference call and I came away far more positive. Several points that Doug made----First, the new law requiring companies to offer 70% of their production to VEN took effect AFTER they gave their notice of dispute to VEN and so it would not be applicable in the arbitration case. That same reasoning would apply to KRY. Second, the new "shit law" is a violation of the BIT. Conclusion---the more VEN tries to screw us the more they screw themselves.
