Why then has Hugo let this go this far. The Vens know full well and always have that the arbitration route is an option. The sneaky bastards are squeezing the life out of kry to get out of giving LC to them for whatever reason. KRY has played by the rules and the law from what we know and believe. Venezuela plays a dirty and vicious immoral game. The possibility fully exists that kry may be taken out in a "legal" manner that screws us little fellas royally. That's a reality

From alot of the posts, there are many lights at the end of the tunnel being speculated and painted. I hope one of them is right. But remember though we aren't playing with a fair partner and it may be wise to take the eye off that supposed light at the end of the tunnel and look behind as there may be a train about to run us down.

Hugo won't be intimidated into doing what we think is fair. He would rather do something right out of left field and stupid just to make his own point. He won't be pushed around by our billion dollar ICSID threats.
