I think the number her in the US regarding filings is 30 shareholders. Maybe they figure they can go back to "Dream Bookkeeping and overstated PR" like they got their hands slapped for a few months back, if they loose the US regulators.

If you don't like them and would like to play with their head... get 50 friends to buy one share each.

That will stop them... I think.

Just my opinion... of course.
