Leading Russian zolotodobytchiki - Polyus Gold and Polymetal. In January, the
head of poles, providing a quarter of gold production in the Russian Federation,
Yevgeny Ivanov said that "Las Cristinas" interested in his company in terms of
scale. " "We are monitoring the situation, but the legal situation with them
(the project) is confusing. The risks of entering it for us as for a public
company are too high," - said Ivanov.

According Agapova, the final decision on the "Las Cristinas" and "Brisas" can be
made by June.

Connect the dots. A perfect confluence of events between the bondholder situation, permit deadline, buyout rumours, Russian connection, the financial health of the Vz. State and Hugo's apparant refusal to issue the permit to KRY...Buyout deal announced soon...probably next week.

Either Hugo issues the permit before the 29th or the proposed deal is announced before the 29th....making the bondholder issue go away. My guess is the judge and bondholders are privvy to the progress of behind-the-scenes negotiations and anticipated outcome\timeline. The incentive is there for both parties to negotiate to acceptable mutual terms. If you think WE have had a bellyful of Vz...imagine how Mr. Fung must feel. We're not wanted and treated like sh!t by our hosts. There are a thousand miles of bad road lying ahead of the same kind of BS tactics by Vz even if the permit is granted. The bondholders will bankrupt KRY if they have to to get their money back. Fung is motivated. Hugo is motivated. The bondholders are motivated. Even NoBear and Boss Kent are probably motivated at this point to take a couple of bucks and get the "F" out. The $12\share buyout dream is history. Just give us our money back and and extra couple of bucks to buy donuts and coffee with.
