Note Holders update expected very soon....

The decision on the note holders suit is expected very soon... Please see comments below:

"Hearings regarding the Note Holder claims were conducted on Monday May 4th. I have not been advised of any outcome. The Company is hoping to get any Decision by the Judge and/or what’s next regarding the Note Holder claims to update investors in its Q1, 2009 results and regulatory filings (expected next week)."
