same ol story midas,

if hugo wants to mine LC then he has to:

issue permit or get us a buyout...

if hugo lets kry hang in the wind for years then gives the property to another company he wont have a leg to stand on in icsid..

no matter what the outcome, i dont see a scenario that would make kry worth less than it is now...so i guess my answer is, we go up...
