"Perhaps they will communicate once again in writing to VZ their intention to proceed prior to actually doing so midasinvz"

midasinvz.

This would be foolish, foolish, foolish!

If KRY does issue another official communication with the Venezuan Govenment, it would be to remove the "option" to file for Arbitration, and instead state that if KRY does not receive the Permit before 5:00pm, local time, of May 28th, 2009, KRY will instruct KRY attoneys to File it's Arbtration case on May 29th, 2009, or as soon as possible, thereafter. PERIOD.

It's now time to STOP talking, and time to take definite action, especially now, in view of the "currency" developments.

KRY first honoured the 90day notification period in 2008, without a response, and then gave them almost 6 months more, as required by the Canadian/Venezuelan Treaty, again without a response, thus far! Enough, I say!

In the November 2008 Notice of Dispute, the WORD "OPTION" showed weakness and indecision. KRY Management is just too nice to Hugo and it just encourages him to keep stringing along our KRY Management. ENOUGH,I say. ENOUGH!

Go Arbitration, GO.
