I did notice that, apart from being just another blow their own horn media release, Agapov was very careful not to say anything that would infer that they were in talks. As well, when asked what the best case scenario would be, he just said ' an agreement between the operator, LC and LB, and the VZ government. He did not include Rusoro....so that's somewhat better behaviour, don't you think?
