"According to press reports in El Diario, a Venezuelan daily newspaper, Rusoro is
in discussion with Crystallex to reach an agreement."

If this is TRUE, why is there no Press Release to inform shareholders and the Public of these developments.

Is this lack of PR a deliberate move to keep the price of the stock DOWN?
