1. KRY Company closely follows the rules and protocols of the VZ Govenment and it would have been inappropriate for KRY to publish the Letter when it had not been released on any of the Govenment Agency websites or in the Govenment Official Gazette.

2. Yes, the MinAmb is aware of the November 28, 2008 Dispute Letter.

3. The Environmental Permit has not been issued (My question was not answered)

My conclusion: Just another good example of KRY plays by the Rules, Venezuela does not. Maybe Arbitration will even up the odds.
