So we made it to May.No news so what does everyone anticapate happening.Do we file for arbritation at the end of month,do we wait till the social obligation projects have been handed over.What happens if nobody wants our completed projects.Do we wait until we are almost out of cash to file which would take us into the new year.What does everyone think?
