The options are exercisable on or before April 23, 2019 at a price of $0.60 per share. Further, the Company announces that it has re-priced 3,610,000 outstanding options held by employees and consultants of the Company to a price of $0.60 per share.

That should make existing shareholders very happy LOL. Talk about opportunistic SOBs.
