I hope it doesn't come to arbitration but I'm prepared to wait if that is what it takes. I'm no lawyer but having a binding contract that has been reinforced by CVG and having our changes as requested by MibAmb approved by vice minister of MibAmb Garcia leaves little doubt in my mind that as long as we complete all our social obligations we should be tough to beat.

It doesn't matter to me if we mine or not at this point. It doesn't matter what VZ wants to do with LC either. As a shareholder I have invested in a company that has a binding contract and if they don't want us to mine LC I'm fine with that.
