Geez Louise.....PLEASE.....we have only 1 month to wait. Within that time we will know something, and hopefully all this speculation, and turmoil can stop.

Why, if VZ was SO determined to have the projects COMBINED, would they not have officially put that out, in a simple, clear and concise PR. If all of the delays are because of this theory, why do we not hear even ONE very clear official comment from the VZ government, in the last couple months?
