Price of Gold and Arbitration Judgement evaluation

If KRY files for Arbitration, is the judgement amount based upon the Price of Gold on the date that KRY FILES for Arbitration or the Price of Gold on the date that the judgement is rendered.

In other words, how does the Price of Gold affect the valuation of an Arbitration award.
