Dparge.....Your post is somewhat confusing.....first off, how in the world did you come up with $8 a share, at the same time as needing a JV partner? If we were at $8 a share, I'd say we don't need a partner....we'd be past that point.

Then you say that If the permit was delivered today, the market could still wonder about financing.....Then you say that having a JV partner would help with the permiting....Are you saying that we could be at $8 PS before the permit? How do you figure that? Highly unlikely we would get a JV partner without having the permit first. So our SP would still be well below a buck. That would be our bottom.
