How's THIS as to the reason for the delay:

1.Venezuela wants to cancel the MOC, but legally they can't since KRY IS IN "FULL COMPLIANCE"

2. So, IMO, Venezuela is deliberately stalling long enough in issuing the Permit, in order to force KRY into bankrupcy.

3. With KRY in bankrupcy, Venezuela will claim KRY to now be in non compliance and will declare the MOC null and void.

If this is true, shouldn't KRY file for Arbitrations as soon as legally possible? That is, immediately after May 28th?, and not delay further.

Which brings up the question: Is the Judgement based upon the value of the Company on the day of Filing or on the day the Judgement is rendered.

In the meantime, if the Price of Gold on the date of Filing (or some other date chosen,) is US 900. and on the day of the Judgement it is around 1500., is the increase taken into consideration.
