Demand for 550 million dollars sought against Rusoro Gold Book

A court in Canada has just decided in the lawsuit against Rusoro, a company that tried to buy the Gold Reserve Corporation that operates the Brisas project in Las Claritas, Sifontes municipality

Gold Reserve Corporation, a licensee who holds the Canadian Brisas gold deposit of Cuyuní at San Isidro Parish, Sifontes municipality demanded that the United Russia, which operates mines in Rusoro municipalities Sifontes and Callao, in the amount of 550 million dollars in damages during a process of attempting to purchase Rusoro Gold Reserve.
This information comes from a note published in this newspaper in which the Russian group said it had discussions with the transnational Crystallex Cuyuní the Brisas Project and to negotiate the rights they have in Las Cristinas and Brisas del Cuyuní, neighboring fields Las Claritas Inside, on the shore of the river Cuyuní. The above note indicated that the Russian group was assuming much of the mining towns of the South.
The explanatory
Engineer Arturo Rivero, president of Gold Reserve stated that clarification was needed in the information indicating that evil may be negotiating with Rusoro when in motion a lawsuit against them for damages.
-We have no-holds talks with Rusoro Rivero. They tried to buy a Gold Book and failed miserably. Are currently defendants in a court of Canada for damages, for 550 million dollars. In a first decision of the judge, ordered Rusoro withdraw the bid for Gold Reserve and not try another. The purchase offer was rejected by shareholders. The trial continues. I categorically deny that a representative of Rusoro has spoken to us about this negotiation. That told the journalist that was published and that they were talking to us, is pure story of roads.
