To give some insight into 3rd world countries. I used to run a bussines out of the Phillipines, Manilla in the mid 90's. It would take anywhere from 3-6 months to clear my shipment of goods out of Manilla harbour. It was a simple shipment of consumer goods, nothing fancy. But yet it was a nightmare to clear until I finally started bribing one of the port authorties to get me the goods on shore. Got to do what you got to do sometimes. :)

So getting an environmental permit cleared can be a nightmare to...I'll wait for the 3rd worlders to eventually pull their heads out of their azzes and get this Gold mine up and running!
